Why international institutional buyers work with OHB
International medical-equipment procurement is exacting. Buyers want manufacturers that combine engineering depth with documentation rigor, regulatory honesty and a credible service path. OHB approaches international projects accordingly: vertically integrated manufacturing, full technical documentation, a regulatory posture that is honest about each market's pathway, and a partnership model that respects the realities of cross-border execution.
We serve hospitals, multi-specialty clinics, wound care centers, reference HBOT centers, veterinary specialty practices, wellness operators and qualified medical-equipment distributors across international markets.

How international projects work
An international project typically begins with a technical conversation: facility or distribution profile, intended use, expected volume, regulatory plan, project timeline. We respond with documentation, configuration guidance and a project structure. From there, the path includes manufacturing in Lima, international shipping, installation coordination (often with local partners), commissioning, training and lifecycle service.
Regulatory honesty across markets
Different markets follow different regulatory pathways: FDA in the United States, EU MDR in Europe, TGA in Australia, ANVISA in Brazil, and so on. We do not claim clearance or certification we have not formally completed in a given market. We do share full technical documentation, engineering support, and we work with buyers and partners to navigate the appropriate pathway per project.
International logistics and shipping
Chamber crating, shipping, customs coordination and on-site logistics are managed jointly with the buyer or distribution partner. We have experience exporting from Peru to multiple international destinations and the documentation set required for international medical-equipment shipments.
Lifecycle support across borders
Service is coordinated through qualified local partners or directly, depending on project scope and partner capability. The technical responsibility remains with OHB; local execution leverages partner proximity. Service plans, response times, parts strategy and refresher training are defined at contract.
