Why veterinary hyperbaric medicine is growing
Small-animal veterinary medicine has matured significantly. Referral veterinary hospitals now offer advanced surgery, oncology, neurology and regenerative medicine. In that context hyperbaric oxygen therapy is being evaluated by qualified veterinary teams as a complementary tool for selected patients.
OHB does not claim clinical outcomes. Indication and management of the animal patient remain the responsibility of the attending veterinarian.
What sets the SAMA P-Series apart
The P-Series is designed for veterinary use — it is not a human chamber repurposed.
- Chamber geometry adapted to small-animal handling
- Redundant oxygen delivery and pressure-control instrumentation
- Operator station designed for veterinary clinical workflow
- Service-friendly architecture engineered for continuous institutional use
- Materials suitable for veterinary clinical cleaning
- Configurations compatible with veterinary patient monitoring
Who the P-Series is built for
Referral veterinary hospitals, specialty practices in advanced surgery and neurology, regenerative medicine veterinary centers, animal rehabilitation centers, and veterinary teaching hospitals with clinical research programs.
Implementation in a veterinary hospital
The project follows the same structure as human implementation: technical evaluation, facility design adapted to veterinary workflow, installation, training of the veterinary and operator team, and a maintenance plan. The difference is in clinical protocols and animal-patient handling.
Clinical support to the veterinary team
OHB trains on safe chamber operation and technical handling. Advanced clinical veterinary training is the domain of veterinary specialty programs. We coordinate clinical references when relevant.
