What it means to work with a vertically integrated manufacturer
When the same organization designs, fabricates, installs, trains, and services your hyperbaric chamber, lifecycle risk drops considerably. You get a single technical interlocutor, full traceability of materials and welds, documented testing, and a service path that does not depend on a separate dealer network.
OHB Industries is part of Grupo Hiperbárica, with more than three decades operating hyperbaric units in Peru. That operational experience — not just industrial output — informs how each SAMA model is designed: chambers built from the point of view of the attending physician, the operator, and the biomedical engineer who has to maintain them for 15-20 years.
- Single point of accountability across the project lifecycle
- Full technical documentation available upon request
- Engineered with reference to internationally recognized standards
- Installation coordination and operator training
- Preventive and corrective maintenance plans
- Spare parts and lifecycle support
Clinical-grade SAMA chamber lines
We manufacture four SAMA chamber lines that cover the clinical operating spectrum: monoplace for clinics and outpatient centers (M-Series), reinforced monoplace for continuous clinical operation (N-Series), multiplace for hospital units (MP-Series), and a dedicated veterinary chamber (P-Series). Each line is configured to the buyer's facility profile, clinical scope and operating plan.
Manufacturing capability
Our facility integrates mechanical fabrication, qualified welding, assembly, pressure testing and commissioning. Every chamber goes through a documented protocol of functional tests before leaving the plant: tightness, pressure cycling, instrumentation, oxygen system, alarms and treatment-profile logging. The test record is delivered as part of the chamber's technical package.
Regulatory and documentation posture
OHB chambers are designed to internationally recognized safety and pressure-vessel principles. The applicable regulatory pathway is reviewed according to the destination market — US, Europe, Australia, LATAM, or other — together with the buyer and, when relevant, the local distributor. Full technical documentation is available upon request for institutional and commercial evaluation.
Who we work with
Hospitals, multi-specialty clinics, wound care centers, hyperbaric medicine programs, veterinary hospitals, wellness and recovery operators, distributors and procurement teams. Every project begins with a technical conversation: facility profile, intended use, expected volume, available space, and investment horizon.
